The flame of love Rosary

The "how" of the aid is the Hail Mary with an extra petition: spread the effect of the grace of your flame of love on all humanity. The need to express the effect of grace was discussed in more detail in the intercessory prayer a few paragraphs earlier. It is of central importance, but it is understandable if it is confusing to modify the Rosary. The supplication can then be said at the end of the Hail Mary. However, it certainly helps our attitude if we are aware of the history of the Rosary's development, its current form having evolved over the centuries.
